2010 Rates:

Low Season: $795.00/week (September-November) $2800.00/month
Mid Season: $995.00/week (May, June, July, August)  $2900.00/month
Peak Season: $1350.00/week  (includes March Break, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks) $3200.00/month

For January-March 2011, we accept only monthly rentals.  The monthly rental must occur within the calendar month, so no splitting 1/2 of Feb, thru mid March, sorry. .  The rental rates are as follows:

January: 2800.00/month

February/March: $3000.00/month

If you take 6 months, from October-March inclusive, the rate is $13,000.00 there are no taxes due for 6 months rental or longer. 

Remember to book early, as the unit is generally booked 10 months in advance.

All rates are in US dollars and subject to current Florida State and Manatee County combined tax rate of 11.5%.  Rates subject to change without notice.  Bookings not confirmed with receipt of deposit or payment will be subject to rate changes.  Rates are for one week, Saturday-Saturday.  Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 10:00 am sharp.  Weekly rentals only.  For partial weeks, weekly rate will apply.  Bookings will not be made without receipt of rental agreement.  You can fax the rental agreement to: 905-257-0584.
