2012 Rates:

Low Season: $699.00/week (May-December 10) $2200.00/month
Mid Season: $799.00/week (December 10-January 28)  $2300.00/month
Peak Season: $1199.00/week  (includes March Break, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks) $2600.00/month

Remember to book early, as the unit is generally booked 10 months in advance.

All rates are in US dollars and subject to current Florida State and Manatee County combined tax rate of 11.5%.  Rates subject to change without notice.  Bookings not confirmed with receipt of deposit or payment will be subject to rate changes.  Rates are for one week, Saturday-Saturday.  Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 10:00 am sharp.  Weekly rentals only.  For partial weeks, weekly rate will apply.  Bookings will not be made without receipt of rental agreement.
