Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Bradenton Beach is on the Southern tip of Anna Maria Island, which is a barrier island off the coast of Bradenton, FL in Manatee County. To the South of Bradenton is Sarasota, and to the North is Tampa, FL. The barrier island network continues along the coast, with Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key and Casey Key.
