2008 Rates:

March, April: $1200.00/week, $3800.00/month

May-December 15: $795.00/week, $2200.00/month

December 15-30: $895.00/week

2009 Rates:

January: $895.00/week, $2800.00/month

February, March, April: $1200.00/week, $3800.00/month

May-December 15: $895.00/week, $2200.00/month

December 15-30: $950.00/week

All rates are in US dollars and subject to current Florida State and Manatee County combined tax rate of 10.5%.  Rates subject to change without notice.  Bookings not confirmed with receipt of deposit will be subject to rate changes.  Rates are for one week, Saturday-Saturday.  Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 10:00 am sharp.  Weekly rentals only.  For partial weeks, weekly rate will apply.
