Take part in the island attitude.  Our perfectly appointed ground floor beach condo is for those who want to get away and enjoy the beach.  We are not a huge resort complex with pools and tennis courts.  Just a nice, clean, quiet vacation with sand on your feet.

We offer a fully equipped beach unit for vacation rental on Bradenton Beach. The unit is unique and is set up for relaxation. The unit has a full view of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located on the southern tip of Anna Maria Island, just north of Longboat Key. If you are looking for a busy resort complex with a tennis court, spending your days by a cement pond, this is NOT the place for you. This is for those who relish in the beauty of the sky and the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast. Our unit is on the ground floor-so convenient for those with difficulty climbing stairs or with little ones.  This allows you the freedom of going in and out with little effort. 

 If you like to step outside and smell the ocean breeze, walk across the 15 yards of road to get to this beach, then this is the place for you. Our unit is easy care with cool and comfortable Terazzo floors, fresh linens and comfortable settings. No need to walk miles to the beach, or walk miles to the washroom!  We are located so close, you can run back to get ice, to grab lunch, to make another margarita...! 

 The beautiful white sands of Coquina beach 15 yards away is truly a paradise... What will you see from your unit? How about this view:

The island trolley is the connection to the entire island. It is a free service and runs every 20 minutes from one end of the island to the other. No need to use your car, just hop on the trolley to go shopping, go to restaurants, visit the many attractions on the island, a change of beach scenery (there's 7 miles of gorgeous beach!!) or just go for a tour!
